Upon receiving your vehicle, you have a 30-day window to thoroughly evaluate your purchase. Should you wish to exchange or return the vehicle for any reason, there’s no need for a lengthy explanation. To initiate a return or exchange request, simply inform us before 5:00 PM Pacific Time on the 30th day following the delivery date, with the day of delivery counting as day zero. Kindly submit your request via email for a prompt response.

For those interested in repurchasing a vehicle, please ensure the vehicle is present at your location. At Yony’s Classic Car Sales, we guarantee to buy back your vehicle at its original full price.

We provide comprehensive insurance coverage during this period, with the exception of cases related to alcohol or drug use.

Buyback Procedure:
If you decide to proceed with a buyback request, the vehicle must be physically present at your location, and we will complete the transaction there. Rest assured, you’ll receive a full refund of the original purchase price.

Insurance Coverage:
Please note that all items are insured during the return period, with the exception of cases involving accidents while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Return Eligibility:
We regret that we cannot accept returns in cases where the vehicle has undergone modifications, been involved in an accident, altered from its original condition, or used as collateral for a loan (encumbrance).

Return Shipping:
In the event of a return, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If the vehicle meets the return eligibility criteria outlined above, we will process your return within 30 days. Refunds are typically issued promptly but may take 1 to 3 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
